Diary management

The calendar is divided into two parts, allowing you to efficiently manage all your appointments and to do’s. In the To Do calendar, you can list all your tasks. All the current active cases are visible and it avoids that you forget important things. You can add, check, reschedule, change To Do’s daily. In the appointment calendar, you get an overview of your appointments, sessions, unavailable periods, … This can be synced to your Outlook agenda too.

Mailing & correspondence

Sending and receiving emails can be done in a cost-effective and quick way by assigning them directly to the right case. Time spent on mailing is automatically tracked and registered to the case.

Expenses, time registration & invoicing

With this easy-to-understand, fast and reliable tool, you can add performed hours and/or expenses to a specific case. This facilitates the creation and billing of invoices. You can also indicate which invoices are paid and follow-up open amounts more closely. Automatic reminders can be send to customers who haven’t paid yet. Time registrations for a specific case can be done by turning on and checking off an alarm clock. The time spent is automatically added to the invoice.
